【Purpose/significance】With the development of mobile Internet, cloud computing, big data and other information technology, the impact of informationization on the economic and social is more profound, informationization is increasingly becoming the main force to promote social progress. Under the new conditions, it is of great practical significance tostudy the relationship between informationization and social development, the spatial correlation and its influencing factors.【Method/process】This article studies the changing trends, mutual reliance and effect of China different provinces’ spatialcorrelation based on the method of Social Network Analysis and QAP.【Result/conclusion】The results show that the progress of China’s informationization does exist remarkable regional inequality, the overall level of it is advancing and the regional variation is minimizing; spatial correlation of China’s provincial informationization is increasingly close during theperiod with its mutual influences advancing; Jiangsu, Shanghai, Beijing and other regions guide the network, while Guizhou,Guangxi, Xizang and other regions are play roles of edge actors; Through the analysis of block model, China’s informationization exist the phenomena of"Small Groups"and"Clubs"; QAP analysis shows that: economic development level, stockof human capital and innovation ability have positive influences on spatial correlation of informationization, while urbanization and degree of regional opening have negative influences on it.
