【目的/意義】對知識服務領域研究熱點以及現狀進行回顧與總結,揭示我國知識服務領域發展趨勢,促進國內知識服務的發展。【方法/過程】從作者共被引分析視角切入,以CNKI中近十六年國內知識服務領域的文獻為研究對象,運用傳統文獻計量分析方法和社會網絡分析方法,研究2000—2016年我國知識服務領域的49位核心作者的研究方向,并通過社會網絡分析方法探討49位核心作者在知識服務領域的相關性和交流影響力并繪制可視化圖譜。【結果/結論】可以發現知識服務領域的核心作者既有聯系又有區別,呈現多元化發展趨勢。

【Purpose/significance】Review and summarize the research hotspots and present situation of knowledge servicefield, reveal the development trend of knowledge service field and promote the development of domestic knowledge service.【Method/process】From the perspective of the author’s citation analysis, the paper uses the traditional bibliometric analysismethod and the social network analysis method to study the research area of 49 core authors in the field of domestic knowl-edge service in 2000-2016 by using the literature of CNKI in the past 16 years as the research object.we also analyze the re-lationship between the 49 core authors and their communicating influence, and draw the visual map.【Result/conclusion】The core of knowledge service field can be found in the field of knowledge service. The authors are contacting and different,showing a diversified development trends.
