[目的/意義]"搜索即學習"是近年來交互式信息檢索的研究熱點,用戶在學習型搜索任務下的交互特征是優化學習型搜索系統的基礎,認知風格與話題熟悉度作為用戶重要的個人知識特征,值得深入研究。[方法/過程]文章采用用戶實驗法,將用戶完成學習型任務的交互行為劃分為搜索、閱讀和記錄三類,探索認知風格與話題熟悉度如何分別及共同影響這些交互行為。數據分析階段采用雙因素方差分析方法。[結果/結論]研究發現,認知風格主要影響用戶在學習型搜索任務下的搜索行為,話題熟悉程度影響閱讀行為和記錄行為;此外,兩者對用戶的搜索結果利用率和平均記錄時間等交互行為產生交互影響,而不同用戶在各類交互行為的時間分配上具有一致性。
[Purpose/significance] "Search as learning"is a new research focus in the domain of interactive information retrieval. The foundation of optimizing the learning-related search system is users’ interactive characteristics in the learning-related search tasks. As the important factors of users’ knowledge characteristics,cognitive style and topic familiarity are worth investigating. [Method/process] The study conducts a user experiment and classifies users’ interactive search behaviors in the learning-related tasks into three types: searching,reading and recording,aiming to investigate how cognitive style and topic familiarity respectively and together influence the three types of behaviors. The two-way ANOVA tests were used for data analysis. [Result/conclusion] Results indicate that cognitive style mainly influences the searching behavior of learning-related search tasks,and topic familiarity mainly influences reading and recording behaviors. Additionally,these two knowledge characteristics have interaction effects on interactive behaviors such as search results utilization and average time of recording. However,different users’ distribution of time on the interactive behaviors has no significant difference in this study.
