Based on usage data of the Beijing Normal University Library WeChat public account, and through questionnaires,focus group interviews,literature reviews and surveys of university libraries,this paper aims to analyze the behavior of WeChat users, explore the applications and presentation that can better meet user expectations,and gives a summary of the operational strategies and experience of WeChat public accounts.
