Through the analysis of relevant theoretical exploration and practice innovation of this thematicarticles, it is concluded that compared with the "supply-side structural reform" in the economic field, thestructural reform on the supply side of public culture should form its own unique characteristics in value orientation,epistemology and methodology. The theoretical system and research paradigm need to deal with the relationshipbetween"supply creation demand"and"demand guidance supply"in combination with the law of public culturaldevelopment. The knowledge of supply cannot be separated from the understandings of social system,historicalsequence and spatial characteristics of public cultural demands.
