多民族國家的建構,除了具象的共同體的建構外,還要構建抽象的精神共同體。本文從共同性內涵和包容性內涵兩大方面,論述了多民族國家精神共同體形成的政治哲學基礎及其重要價值,並對其如何建構的路徑進行分析。多民族國家精神共同體的共同性內涵包括:民族(nation)的精神;人民(people)的命運共同體意識;可共享的善的價值理念。包容性內涵包括:統一的多民族國家觀;國格、族格、人格的涵括統一;包容差異的多元文化主義。融通共同性和包容性,多民族國家要以政治文明、法治、理性等精神包容傳統的民族文化與精神,並實現民族精神共同體的現代性建構。作為多元一體的中華民族,要以社會主義核心價值觀作為構建現代民族精神共同體的核心理念和連接紐帶。

The construction of a multinational country includes the construction of both concrete community and spiritual community. This paper first discusses political and philosophical basis and the important value of forming spiritual community in multinational countries from the perspectives of common connotation and inclusive connotation and then analyzes the path of construction. The common connotation of spiritual community in multinational countries includes national spirit,people ’ s consciousness of destiny community,and the shareable value of goodness. The inclusive connotation includes the view of unified multiethnic country,unification of national,ethnic and personal dignities and tolerance of diverse cultures. To integrate the two connotations,multinational countries should tolerate traditional ethnic culture and spirit based on political civilization,law and rationality and construct a modern national spiritual community. The Chinese nation,as a pluralistic integration,should take the core socialist values as the core concept and link in constructing a modern national spiritual community.
