題名:環境不確定性與供應鏈策略、資訊系統策略配適對供應鏈管理績效之影響關係研究

一個適切的供應鏈策略是被廣泛地確信可以改善供應鏈管理的績效,供應鏈中的企業經由導入適當的資訊系統,可以擴大改善供應鏈管理的需求與機會。忽略了配適這個重要概念,大多數地供應鏈管理研究僅單獨地調查供應鏈策略或資訊系統策略對供應鏈管理績效的影響。結果,因為兩個或多個重要的因素(例如,供應鏈策略、資訊系統策略與環境不確定性)之間不協調,而導致供應鏈管理的失敗乃是相當常見的。為了彌補這個研究缺口,本研究提出以供應鏈策略、資訊系統策略與環境不確定性三構面間相互配適的四個配適模式,且實徵地調查與驗證此三構面間的配適對供應鏈管理績效的影響。同時,本研究也理論性地建構相稱於環境不確定性的先驗式供應鏈策略與資訊系統策略屬性組合檔。本研究以製造公司為受測分析單位,共蒐集243份有效問卷,分別以「型態偏差法」計算此三構面間之配適,及以「共變法」分析三者之共配適,再針對前述的配適與供應鏈管理績效二者間之關聯性進行驗證。研究結果證實介於供應鏈策略、資訊系統策略與環境不確定性此三構面間的配適與供應鏈管理績效間,具有正向顯著關聯。最後並提出對未來研究與實務的意涵與建議。
A right supply chain (SC) strategy is widely believed to be able to improve supply chain management (SCM) performance. Through implementing a right information system (IS), companies in a supply chain could expand both the needs and opportunities for improved SCM. Ignoring the important concept of alignment, mostly SCM research singly investigated the influence of SC strategy or IS strategy on SCM performance. Consequently, failures in SCM resulting from a mismatch between two or more crucial factors (e.g., SC strategy, IS strategy and environmental uncertainty) remain common. To fill this gap, this study proposed four theoretical alignment models among SC strategy, IS strategy and environmental uncertainty, and then empirically investigated and examined how the alignment of SC strategy, IS strategy and environmental uncertainty impacts perceived SCM performance. Moreover, this study also theoretically constructed the priori attribute profiles to suit with environmental uncertainties for SC and IS strategies, respectively. A survey was designed and used to collect 243 usable responses from manufacturers. A profile deviation approach was applied to compute the alignments and the covariation approach was employed to analysis the co-alignment among SC strategy, IS strategy and environmental uncertainty. The relationship between the alignments and SCM performance was then tested. The results of this study verified that the alignments of SC strategy, IS strategy and environmental uncertainty were positively and significantly associated with SCM performance. Finally, the implications, and suggestions for future research and practice were discussed in this study.
