台灣近幾年老年人口攀升讓高齡者在生活情感適應上出現許多問題,衍生許多長期照顧的困難,政府需投入大量的人力來照顧高齡失智症(Dementia)患者,本研究之目的,在於以互動式行動載具(Mobile Vehicle),或透過虛擬實境(Virtual Reality,VR)融入懷舊治療活動之介入,建置「VR懷舊系統」,並以科技接受模式來驗證高齡者對「VR懷舊系統」的「使用態度」與「再使用意圖」。
本研究分為四階段進行:(1)「VR懷舊系統」建置,搭配VR 眼鏡與手持行動裝置,由VR進一步觸發導覽介面,以3ds Max做三合院場景3D建模,V-Ray算圖後,進一步以Unity引擎整合開發成「VR懷舊系統」。 (2)「VR懷舊系統」的科技接受性,系統模型透過Davis et al. (1989)的科技接受模式為主要構念,對苗栗地區某苗栗私立科大的老人問卷,得到45份高齡使用者有效前測問卷,並分析信、效度。(3)本研究之正式問卷,搭配HTC VIVE版本的「VR懷舊系統」,帶領高齡受試者,沉浸體驗由Unity所整合開發的懷舊影音,得到405位高齡使用者有效正式問卷,對「VR懷舊系統」「知覺易用性」與「知覺有用性」,以IBM SPSS與IBM AMOS軟體,用李克特5點尺度問卷量表,檢驗「使用態度」、「使用意圖」與「實際使用行為」。(4)「VR懷舊系統」改良,增加卡拉ok互動、手持控制器方向修正、介面字體之變大。
本研究獲致主要結論如下:(1)建置一個以高齡者體驗的「VR懷舊系統」,可有效提升高齡者的「使用態度」、「使用意圖」與「實際使用行為」,改善高齡化之生活;(2)此設計開發之「VR懷舊系統」符合科技接受模式。
In the past few years, we have seen the decline in fertility rate and the advancement of medical technology in Taiwan. The gradual increase of aging population has resulted in many emotional adaptation-related problems among the elderly, which has given rise to many difficulties in long-term care. The government needs to direct a lot of attention to attend to the elderly with Dementia. The purpose of this dissertation is to build Virtual Reality Nostalgia System with the use of interactive Mobile Vehicles or through Virtual Reality (VR) into the intervention program of nostalgic therapy activities and verifies the usage attitude and intention of use of elderly to VR Nostalgia system with “Technology Acceptance Model”.
This dissertation is divided into four stages: (1) “VR nostalgia system” is built with VR glasses and handheld mobile devices. The navigation interface is further triggered by VR. “VR Nostalgia System” is built by Unity engine after 3D modeling of Sanheyuan scene made from 3ds Max and V-Ray calculation. (2) The “Technology Acceptance” of “VR Nostalgia system”: the system model through Davis et al. (1989)’s “Technology Acceptance model” are main aspects for elderly users. We obtain 45 valid sample pre-test questionnaires of 54 elderly people who have long-term cooperation with a private university of science and technology in Miaoli. We gain the positive responses to reliability and validity through the results of the pre-test analysis. (3) The official questionnaire of this study combined with the HTC VIVE version of the "VR Nostalgia System" leads senior subjects to immerse themselves in the nostalgic video integrated and developed by Unity engine. We gain valid questionnaires which are the perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness toward “VR nostalgia system” from 405 elderly users. Then, we use IBM SPSS and IBM AMOS software to test the attitude towards use, intention to use, and actual usage with Likert 5-point scale. (4) The improvement of "VR nostalgia system": karaoke interaction is added. The direction of the handheld controller is corrected, and the font of interface is enlarged.
The main conclusions of this dissertation are as follows: (1) Establish a "VR nostalgia system" which can effectively enhance the attitude towards use, intention to use, and actual usage of the elderly, so that it can improve the life of the aging population; (2) The "VR nostalgia system" developed by this design conforms to “Technology Acceptance Model”.
