New ventures play an important role in economic development by virtue of their highly flexible characteristics, rapid response to market demand and continuous innovation. The rise of unicorn companies represents the socialization of the Internet and the globalization of innovation, and is also a phenomenon of new economic development. However, in the initial stage of entrepreneurship, they all face a high failure rate and should be further invested in research. In fact, in the past, most of the research on enterprise entrepreneurship focused on the entrepreneurial process, dynamic history, entrepreneurial risks and personality traits of entrepreneurs at the entrepreneurial level; or the strategy update, continuous improvement, and reorganization of business areas at the strategic entrepreneurial research level. And rebuilding business models, etc.; Furthermore, it discusses issues such as market positioning, value chain resources, and new economic growth theory at the level of startups. In the past, there were few studies on startup unicorn companies. This research is to explore the key factors and business model innovation of unicorn companies' rapid development. It adopts a case study method and combines the four dimensions of opportunity identification, market positioning, resource access and business model development by combining strategic entrepreneurship and business model architecture. In order to analyze the structure, the research cases are three unicorn companies including China ByteDance, SpaceX in the United States and Global Switch in the United Kingdom. The secondary data and primary data are collected and analyzed from multiple data sources. The study found that in terms of opportunity identification, in order to gain a competitive advantage, it is necessary to continuously develop and innovate to continuously pursue market opportunities; in terms of market positioning, it is possible to seek ideal positioning through imitation strategies, and through innovation opportunities and organizing activities to pursue new international markets. Competition; in terms of resource access, unique resources and external network resources can be used to rapidly expand and grow, and start international effective resources and strategic development; in terms of business model development, it can provide customers and partners with potential value support , And through good technological innovation and business models, a competitive advantage can be formed.
