題名:非最大運動前後心跳率變化與耐力運動表現的關係研究

本研究的目的,在探討耐力運動與心跳率間的關係,以5000公尺跑成績、安靜時心跳率、登皆測驗為其測驗變項,探討安靜時心跳率、標準運動後的心跳率、運動後恢復心跳率及殖皆體能指數與耐力運動的成績表現之相關情形。受試者為經常運動的大學生,平均年齡21.18±1.44歲,身高174.5±4.43公分,體重71.59±8.59公斤。測驗其5000公尺跑的成績及一次三分鐘登階測驗,登階高度為40公分、登階頻率為24(96拍)/分,以四拍上下臺皆為一次,運動持續時間為三分鐘,並測量安靜時心跳率、運動後心跳率及恢復心跳率。結果發現,5000公尺跑成績表現與安靜時心跳率、標準運動後的心跳率、運動後恢復心跳率及登皆體能指數皆達到顯著相關(P<.05)。安靜時心跳率、標準運動後的心跳率、運動後復心跳率及登階體能指數,顯示具有預估5000公尺成績表現的能力。
