There have been a lot of studies on the doctrine of Yi, and most of them focus on Wang Bi's Exegeses of Zhou Yi and his doctrine of Yi, But beside the exegeses about the 64 diagrams, his writing didn't relate to works like Xi Ci, while Han Kang-bo, on the basis of the doctrine of Yi, made up for the deficiency of Wang Bi's Exegeses of Zhou Yi and established the theoretical system of the philosophical doctrine of Yi. Then in the Tang Dynasty, approaching Yi from the philosophical perspective, Kong Ying-da wrote Zhou Yi Zheng Yi and developed the philosophical doctrine of Yi, which had had its origin in the Wei and Jin Dynasties. This essay was intended to explore the concepts and features of Han Kang-bo's Xi Ci Zhuan, in order to affirm his status and contribution in the history of the philosophical doctrine of Yi.
