教練與選手之間的互動所產生的關係品質,直接影響運動團隊的組織氣氛及運動成績的表現。LMX 理論是指領導者與成員的交換關係。本文主要在敘述教練與選手的互動過程,教練依據初步互動的過程,彼此建立相互認知;教練再依據認知程度授權給選手。分析選手的行為及分析選手對教練相互間的歸因,進而引起教練與選手是否進一步再合作的反應,並探討選手與教練互動中所產生高品質或低品質的交換關係。
