本文主要的目的在探討週休二日休閒運動規劃，隨著週休二日的實施，增加了休閒運動機會。規劃週休二日的休閒運動成了重要之一部分。週休二日的休閒運動規劃，除了注意經濟因素、總體社會環境運作情形、人文因素與地方特性、交通便利性以外，就是要依照個人能力、消費需求，於閒暇時間選擇適合自己的休閒運動種類。此外，尚須考量休閒運動推展問題以及週休二日的休閒運動改進途徑與可行方式，最後，週休二日的休閒運動規劃，應與政府單位多項措施一起互相配和規劃，以期達到優質的生活品質。

To carry out weekend increases opportunity of recreation sports, To plan recreation sports of weekend except to pay attention to factor of economy, make use situation of overall society environments, factor of humanely and local characteristics, the convenience of traffic, quite right according to personal ability, requirement of consumption in leisure time to choose self-fitting recreation sports type. Furthermore, need to think over the questions of pushing forward recreation sports and the improvement way and feasible aspect on weekend. Finally, to plan recreation sports on weekend, should with each other government organizations plan many-sided measures and operate in coordination to achieve excellent quality of life.
