題名:月經週期對跳躍表現與疲勞指數影響的動態時間序列分析

女性運動員體能狀況,以及運動表現與女性生理週期的關餘,是許多研究成興趣的課題。由於女性月經週期的生理反應是一種隨著時間變化的動態過程,女性月經週期和運動表現的關餘,不單只是影響當天的運動表現,有可能會影響數日後的運動表現。有鑑於此,本研究以「交叉相關函數(Cross Correlation Function; C.C.F.),又稱錯位相關函數」作為動態關條模式鑑定之主要工具,探討月經過期對跳躍表現與疲勞指數的動態影響,更進一步的探討整個生理週期變化與運動表現週期性變化之間的關係。本研究以12位月經週期規律的女性大學生為受試者,記錄每日的基礎體溫,並利用Kistler Quattro Jump測力板連續60天記錄受試者直膝垂直跳(CMJ)與30秒屈膝連續跳(CJB)的動態跳躍表現與疲勞指數等參數。研究結果顯示:跳躍表現在延遲了10天(k=10)時與月經週期的基礎體溫具有顯著正向影響,疲勞指數在延遲了19天(k=19)時與月經週期的基礎體溫達顯著正相關。整體而言,女性月經週期的基礎體溫與運動表現在月經週期的濾泡期後期與黃體期前期會有顯著的正向關係,在此期間運動表現會有較佳的成績表現。研究結果亦說明,女性運動員的運動表現會隨著月經週期的動態時問變化而有所改變。
The relationship between exercise performance and menstrual cycles of female athletes is a subject that is interested by many researchers. Because the female menstrual cycle is a dynamic process of time change, the relationship between the females' menstrual cycle and the exercise performance affects the exercise performance not only on that very day, but also the following days. By noticing this, this study used Cross Correlation Function (C.C.F.), as a main instrument to study the dynamic effect of the menstrual cycle on jumping performance and the fatigue index. This study took twelve female university students with the regular menstrual cycle as the test subjects. Their basic body temperatures were recorded every day. The Kistler Quattro Jump force plate was used continuously for sixty days to record the parameters of the muscular strength, the jump performance, and the fatigue index when the subjects performed the counter-movement jump (CMJ), the squat jump (SJ), and the 30- second continuous jump bent legs (CJB). The study result showed that jump performance has a positive effect on basal body temperature (BBT) after the 10th day (k=10) of the menstrual cycle, and the fatigue index has a positive relationship with BBT after the 19 day (k=19). Overall, the exercise performance of all testers under the influence of the dynamic time of the menstrual cycle had an obvious positive relationship between the late stage of the follicular phase and the early stage of the luteal phase. This explained that the exercise performance at this period could obtain a better score performance. It also illustrated that exercise performance for the female athletics. varied in accordance with the dynamic time of the menstrual cycle.
