21世紀是奈米科技的時代,日常生活用品將與奈米息息相關,奈米亦將對環境保護帶來幫助和希望。奈米科技材料也被為可以為一理想的環保材料,未來新產品設計開發將應用奈米材料以發展出更為環境友善的綠色商品。因此本研究主要目的期望藉由現階段已發展的奈米環保材料做有系統的整理,以及針對現有奈米環保材料在生活產品的使用現況進行探討與分析,同時配合者與專家的深度訪談諮詢,進而了解與掌握奈米環保材料的環保特性。同時進行衛浴產品個案實例分析,經由產品矩陣分析評估(MET)及簡易式檢核表,分析奈米產品與傳統產品於生命週期各階段對環境影響的差異性,並以生命週期設計策略環的八項策略做比較分析與歸納,評估出奈米環保產品於環境衡擊的優劣程度,進而確認奈米環保材料於綠色產品設計做最適當的應用,造產品設計的環保新價值。本研究最具體提出奈米環保材料應用於綠色產品設計的分析評估方法和流程,作為產品設計研發人員進行環保產品開發時的重要參考準則與依據,並擴展奈米環保材料應用的新領域。
The nanometer technology is the main issues in 21 century. According to the literature review, it appears that the nanometer technology will be in charge product design in the future. Most of product will relate to nanometer technology and improve the environment protection by applying it. At the same time, nanometer is considered as an extremely good material of environmental protection. In the future, product design and development will be closely lined with nanometer, especially for the people of engaging green product design and development. Therefore, the main purpose of their study is to reorganize and understand the development system of materials of nanometer technology. Furthermore, the case study accomplishes structure of green products in terms of material application of nanometer technology by using green design checklist, MET matrix analysis and LiDS Wheel. As a result, the study provides the important reference and standard of green product design from materials of nanometer technology for designers. Then, materials of nanometer technology can extend its application to new fields of environmental protection.
