針對政府資訊公開法內容及檔案管理局資訊公開業務辨理情形加以介紹，並就政府資訊公開法與檔案法兩者之間的互動關聯提出比較，期盼透過理論架構與實務運作的交流，釐清政府資訊公開與檔案制度在整體法制中應有的分際與支援。
The content of the Freedom of Government Information Law and related practices of National Archives Administration are described in depth. Comparisons between the Freedom of Government Information Law and Archives Act, together with their interaction are made to clarify the relationship between freedom of government information and archives management system.
