通常我們在練習一個新的技能時,大多是由老師或是指導者來提供相關的指導與回饋,並決定練習的量與內容,因此常使得選手只能被動與依賴教練的指導。近來有不少的研究文獻發現在練習時讓學習者控制部分的學習計畫,對於學習會有相當的幫助。在這樣自我控制的過程中,他們可以自我探索與利用不同的策略與目標,根據自己的需要來調適練習的情況,並且能提高參與的動機以及有助於對相關訊息認知能力的提升。本文從相關自我控制學習的文獻中整理歸納出動機、目標設定、認知能力,及有效回饋等的觀點,提供了解自我控制學習策略的原理及運用的方向。
