The purpose of the this study is to analyze two elementary school expert natural science and living technology teachers on their teaching strategies of evoking students' learning motivations and effects based on ARCS Motivation Model. To achieve the purpose of this study, data were collected by naturalistic observations, interviews, and documentary analysis. Moreover, the researcher uses the "Scale of Learning Motivation" to collect the data of the two elementary school expert natural science and living technology teachers' students and the comparison group in other school's students' learning motivation. The consequence presents that there are some workable strategies which the two elementary school expert natural science and living technology teachers use in "Attention," "Relevance," "Confidence," and "Satisfaction", and the effect is significant.
