In recent years, people who did not major in IM had greatly advanced in using computer and technology-related skills. However, the number of IM graduates of colleges is rising year by year, and results in a more competitive job market when these human resources look for jobs. Based on the data of job surveys, the job rating of IM graduates is still lower than other graduates'. Besides, the well-known fact is that students’ achievement and skills do not make great progress. Therefore, it is necessary to do in-depth research into the above subject. The aim of this study is start from analyzing learning evaluation of school education; with two different academic years (2004 & 2007), comparing varieties and differences with IM students' learning attitudes, learning barriers, learning curves, and the future blueprint, and then proposes suggestions. Based on the study, although there was a great progress of programming due to the demand for practical technology, the skill in second language and the quantity of acquiring related certificates do not have much improvement yet. Therefore, the study focuses on establishing multi curriculum lesson plans and cooperating with enterprises.
