The purpose of this study included staff’s needs of human resource management in Hong Kong’s self-help organizations within CRN empowerment program, the different needs of human resource management between each organizations and influential factors of staff’s needs. Data for this study came from e-mail questionnaires which were answered by 66 staff in Hong Kong’s self-help organizations during June to August 2008 and got 47 valid questionnaires. The result was the differences seniority of staff that have different needs of human resource management. According to the results this research discussed how should CRN assist the new staff familiar with the Self-help organizations quickly, improve staff’s job skills, and design training program with focus of the needs of different work length staffs.
