本文將透過系統化的整理方式，首先針對高雄市的產業結構進行分析，探討高雄市產業發展所面對的挑戰，並且透過 SWOT分析進而提出高雄市未來十大產業發展之推動策略。 本研究建議高雄市可朝向包括「鋼鐵高值化、石化環保化及高值化、遊艇群聚及專區、企業總部、生醫材料、觀光旅遊、數位內容、綠能產業，港口物流、精緻農業」等十大主軸，形成整體大高雄的產業策略推動主軸。

This study explores key challenges facing industries in Kaohsiung City by systematically analyzing industrial structures in the city. Subsequently, this paper proposes promotion strategies for future developments of 10 industries in Kaohsiung City by conducting a SWOT analysis approach. The research proposed to package high-value steel, digital content, green energy, harbor logistics, petrochemical chemistry industry environment protection and high value-added, yacht cluster and specific zone, business headquarter, biomedical material, tourism & travel and advanced agriculture as the 10 major industries of Kaohsiung City, and then develop an integral strategies to promote Kaohsiung’s industries effectively.
