隨著電子科技進步,人體訊號感測器益發精準且體積也更加小巧、便於攜帶,使得感測技術於運動科學之應用越來越普遍。感測器藉由測量人體動作產生之動作訊號如:加速度、角加速度或生理學之心跳率、體溫、熱流,以及其他訊號如全球定位系統提供之位移、速度等參數來提供運動之相關資訊。此外如何利用合適的平臺與系統,以妥善的解釋並利用這些訊號,也是感測器是否得以大量推廣的重要因素。本文主要目的在於1.介紹感測器於運動科學上之理論基礎與應用。2.針對感測訊號之分析研究進行探討,包含計算運動相關參數如運動消耗總熱量、運動時間、強度等訊息,以及如何進一步將訊息整合、追蹤記錄,作為長期健康管理之應用。3.提供未來的研究方向,包含希望能提供更準確的訊號、更完整的資訊、整合平臺與教練系統。
Applications of sensor technology for human movement study are broader nowadays. The digital sensors become much smaller and more accurate because of the advance of electronic technology. Sensors provide exercise information by measuring movement parameters like acceleration, angular velocity, or physiologic parameters such as heart rate, body temperature or heat flux, or other signal such as information from Global Positioning System like speed and displacement. Besides, the appropriate platforms and systems to explain the signals are also key points to promote sensors technology. The purposes of this article were (1) to introduce the fundamental theory and application of sensor technology in sports and exercise science. (2) to investigate the analysis methods of sensor signals, including the calculation of parameters like energy expenditure, duration and intensity of exercise. The importance of the integrated information and exercise recordings for long term health management was also mentioned in this article. (3) to provide the future directions of sensor technology in sports and exercise science, including the more accurate signal, more information, and more thorough platform as well as coaching system.
