題名:觸控式手機使用習慣和大學生肌肉骨骼不適之相關探討

目的:調查大學生使用掌上型觸控式手機的時間長度與疼痛感的關聯、使用姿勢與疼痛感的關聯及其他造成不適感原因之探究。方法:以問卷發放的方式收案,收案人數共79人,對象為大台北地區之大學生。問卷內容為一天使用時間長度、情境、姿勢、使用目的及不適感(包含疼痛部位及程度)等相關問題。結果:研究結果顯示共有59位受試者感到疼痛不適,且使用時數與疼痛並無顯著差異。在不同情境中,低頭和右手掌側彎曲的姿勢使用頻率最高。在上課、吃飯、如廁時使用觸控式手機姿勢與是否疼痛有顯著差異。根據原始資料顯示近半數的使用者傾向在肩膀出現疼痛。結論:根據使用時數、姿勢、疼痛之關聯性,本研究建議觸控式手機使用者應減少手腕操作重複動作的頻率,經常更改腕部彎曲的角度,並於使用過程中間隔做休息。
Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the possible variables that may cause musculoskeletal discomforts related to touch-screen phone usage among college students. Associations between the musculoskeletal discomforts and the time spent on, postures of using touch-screen cell phone and other variables were explored. Methods: Seventy nine college students in Northern Taiwan were recruited. Self-made questionnaire was applied to investigate the contexts, time spent, body and hand postures, and tasks while using touch screen cell phone during a day. In addition, participants were asked to report the locations of their musculoskeletal discomforts, and visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to estimate the level of the discomforts. Results: The present study demonstrated that fifty-nine students (74.7%) had musculoskeletal discomforts regarding touchscreen cell phone usage. Participants tended to lean their head forward and flex right wrist while using phone among different contexts. No significant difference was found between time spent on using touch-screen cell phone and musculoskeletal discomforts. Significant differences were found between contexts (in class, eating, on toilet) and musculoskeletal discomforts (p < .05). In addition, half of the participants were having shoulder pain. Conclusion: The study results suggest that touch-screen cell phone users should reduce the wrist repetitive movements, change their wrist flexion angles, and take breaks while using the phone.
