The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between vegetarians' dining behavior and their vegetarian healthy attitude. The data is collected via survey questionnaires and a total of 428 valid samples are collected. The collected data is analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation etc. The results are summarized as follows: 1) Vegetarians are mainly females, aged between 41 and 60, college graduates, married, Buddhists/Taoists, lacto-ovo vegetarians, being vegetarian more than 9 years and for the reason of religious belief, and a majority with part of the family members being vegetarian; 2) significance difference between dining behavior and ages/education levels/religious beliefs/family vegetarian numbers; 3) significance difference between healthy attitudes and marital statuses/religious beliefs/sustained vegetarian time periods/reasons for being vegetarians; and 4) positive correlation between vegetarians' dining behavior and their healthy attitude.
