武英殿本雍正《硃批諭旨》，為現存諸板中之珍品。原書所錄上奏官員的層級涵蓋甚廣，多數為外任官員，少數為京官與派遣至各處執行特殊任務的欽差人等。這些人從不同角度來反映當時的政治、經濟、軍事、文化、外交、民族、宗教、自然災異…等情況，描繪出一幅幅雍正朝生動活潑且囊括各種面向之政治與社會生活的真實樣貌。檔案對於印證歷史事件的重要性絕對是毋庸置疑，往往提供許多史籍闕載的珍貴材料。《硃批諭旨》便是以檔案為主體的古籍刊本，它具備國家檔案與天子御批兩大特點，歷史佐證作用仍具備一定之權威性。本文除利用文獻的角度對雍正《硃批諭旨》進行賞析外，同時選擇清初年羹堯（1679-1726）案為例，試圖旁證目前學界對本案始末的瞭解，及因而引出全書內容之特性，進一步地突顯出《硃批諭旨》在文獻學和歷史學上的雙重價值。同時，也探討檔案與古籍間的關聯性，特別是兩者結合產生的作用。

The Yongzheng ＂Vermilion-Rescript Edicts＂, which was printed by Imperial Printing Office, and is the most precious edition today. Officials recorded by this book covers in a wide range of levels, the majority were local officials, a small number of officials were in the capital and some persons with special mission that were sent over the imperial. These people from different angles to reflect the prevailing political, economic, military, cultural, diplomatic, nationality, religion, natural Calamity ... etc., draw many lively and real appearances include variety of political and social lifestyle during Yongzheng Period. The importance of Archive in proof of historical event is absolutely no doubt, often provide valuable first-hand material. The ＂Vermilion-Rescript Edicts＂ is a good example, it has two major characteristics either the national archives or the emperor orders by himself, so the authenticity and credibility is relatively higher, and the effect of evidence is authoritative. In addition to use the vision of edition to appreciate Yongzheng ＂Vermilion-Rescript Edicts＂, through the content of Vermilion-Rescript, and selecting the death penalty case of Nian Gengyao (1679-1726), trying to understand the whole story and the characteristics of this book more deeply, in order to underline the double value in philology and history of ＂Vermilion-Rescript Edicts＂. In the same time, the writer also look forward to carry off the comments or guiding by the scholarships have the same habit in researching archives of Ming and Qing or philology.
