題名:比較著地時不同手臂位置對團身後空翻著地表現的影響

本研究比較著地時不同手臂位置對團身後空翻著地動作時間、反作用力、衝量、重心位移、重心速度及下肢關節控制模式的影響,量測後所得資料可提供給競技教練及選手們作為著地技術訓練的參考。受試者為8位男子競技體操選手,運用11架紅外線攝影機、Motion Analysis System及AMTI測力板,分別記錄低、中、高三種手臂位置和觸地期及控制期運動學及動力學資料。實驗所得數據資料透過重複量數單因子變異數分析考驗不同手臂位置團身後空翻著地動作表現的差異。研究結果發現高手臂位置團身後空翻著地觸地期的反作用力峰值較低,三種手臂位置團身後空翻著地後在重心位移及速度表現上趨於相似,但是髖、膝關節屈曲角度表現出現不同型態,低手臂位置髖關節較屈曲、膝關節較伸展,高、中手臂位置表現與低手臂位置相異。從降低運動傷害的角度及減少實施扣分而言,研究者認為實施團身後空翻著地時以高手臂位置較為適當。
The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of different arm positions on landing time to examine the time, reaction force, impulse, center of mass (COM) and the control pattern of lower limbs while performing tuck backward somersault. The investigation could provide useful information for gymnasts and coaches for training the landing technique. Eight artistic gymnasts’ performances were recorded by eleven infrared cameras with the Motion Analysis System and AMTI force plate to collect the variables of kinematics and kinetics respectively. One-way repeated measure ANOVAs were used to examine the performance between low/ medium/ high arm positions during the impact phase and control phase. The peak of reaction force was lower with high arms position in the impact phase when performing tuck backward somersault, the displacement and velocity of COM were tended to similarity, but the hip and knee flexion angle showed difference under different arms positions. Decreasing the risk of injury and avoiding penalty, it was suggested that Landing with high arm position is recommended while performing tuck backward somersault.
