題名:二週外在負重訓練對鞍馬併腿全旋運動學表現的影響

本研究目的在於探討經過二週外在負重訓練後對併腿全旋運動學表現的影響,藉以瞭解外在負重訓練是否適合介入併腿全旋動作訓練。本實驗運用9架紅外線攝影機及Motion Analysis System進行拍攝,紀錄8位男子競技體操選手的動作表現,實驗所得資料透過相依樣本t檢定考驗前、後量測之運動學資料的差異。由研究結果中顯示,經過二週外在負重訓練後仰撐階段的腳尖垂直高度提升4.02 cm,在繞進及繞出階段的腳尖水平速度分別提升0.27 m/s及0.33 m/s。經過二週外在負重訓練後能減少腳尖垂直高度及腳尖水平速度落差的情形,可有助益於提升動作穩定性。因此外在負重訓練相當適合運用在併腿全旋動作訓練過程中。
This study is to investigate the effect of two weeks external weight loadings training on performing "double legs circles" by the kinematics variables in order to evaluate the training is beneficial for performing "double legs circles" or not. 8 artistic gymnasts' performances were recorded by nine infrared cameras and the Motion Analysis^(TM) System. Dependent variable t-test was used to examine the differences of the kinematic variables. The results showed the vertical height of toes elevate 4.02 cm in the rear support phase, and the horizontal velocity of toe increase 0.27 m/s and 0.33 m/s in the flank in and flank out phase after two week training. The training of two weeks external weight loading decrease the drop height of the vertical height and horizontal velocity of toe, and that benefit the stability of performing the movement, therefore the external weight training is suitable for training "double legs circles."
