New Taipei City has the highest immigration population in Taiwan, so we attach great importance to the services and measures of the new immigration. This article investigates the domestic and international research achievements and status of the new immigration services. It also includes the strategy, action plan, practical experience and suggestion of promoting the new immigration services led by New Taipei City library in recent three years as a follow-up reference for the library industry to promote immigration services.
