工作者自2015年10月起派駐澎湖，擔任以兒少暨家庭為服務對象的非營利組織二級主管一職，開始檢視社區需求，聚焦少子化、人口老化、青壯人口外移議題，依循社區中的優勢資源，進行一連串組織未曾執行過之服務方案。二年多過去了，工作者意藉由服務經驗的整理，與偏鄉服務相關文獻的了解，檢視服務方案是否適切地回應聚焦之需求，亦盼能藉此讓更多人看見工作者所採行的路徑，能有再精進的機會，讓偏鄉服務更佳順利。

The author has served as the director of branch office in a non-profit organization for children and families in Penghu since October 2015. His team provides a set of service programs for the needy in 2016-2018. The programs action started at need assessment and community issues including the declining birthrate, aging population, and migration of young and strong people. The advantages of resources were considered for program developing and operation. Finally, the effect achieves including the needy people get their self-confidence and independent in finance.
