隨著20世紀80年代中國大陸發現愛滋病毒，並明確了男同性戀人群是愛滋病高危行為人群後，男同性戀相關領域的研究逐漸得到各方關注與重視。而社會輿論與研究對性少數群體的其他方面依然知之甚少，尤其是生理性別為女性的性少數群體（本文中稱之為「拉拉」），由於女性的身分和性少數的身分，使得她們受到父權制與異性戀霸權的雙重束縛，她們的聲音很少被社會所關注，她們的形象也難以在社會主流中出現。親密關係是她們最關切的內容之一，本文通過紮根理論以她們的親密關係作為切入點，經過多次深度訪談、編碼產生概念，把過去隱形的女性主體經驗展現出來。發現父權制與異性戀霸權對「拉拉」親密關係的維持、對感情的定義、外表形象管理方面產生了不同程度的束縛；她們日常感情糾葛與困苦的根源就在於這兩者的交互影響，但面對思想的束縛與內心的困苦她們並不是被動接受，而是發展出不同的策略來應對與迴旋。本研究總結了存在於女性同性之間的七種親密關係類型，「拉拉」在親密關係方面進行的各種嘗試與探索提示了我們要跳出「異性戀霸權」，以異性戀關係作為親密關係參照的條框，同時也為深入理解親密關係、同性親密關係、姐妹情誼等概念提供了實證依據。

With the discovery of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in China in the 1980s and the clearfication that the gay community was a high risk of acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) after the crowd, gay-related areas of research gradually had got the attention. However, they did not know what the accurate need the LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer) groups needed, especially the voice of the lesbian and the queer were hardly to be heard; their images barely appeared in public, due to the bondage of the sexual minority identity and patriarchalism. The intimacy was one of the most important thing they care about. Using the grounded theory, the otherwise invisible female subjective experiences we found that the compulsory heterosexuality and patriarchy had strong influence over their intimacy, image management, and how they had used the tactics to go through their intimacy. This study summarized the seven types of intimate relationships that exist among in lesbians. The various attempts and explorations of lesbian in intimate relationships suggested that we should jump out of ＂compulsory heterosexuality＂ as a reference to the intimate relationships and also provided an empirical basis for the deep understanding of intimate relationships, homosexual intimacy, sisterhood, and other concepts.
