近年來,無論國內外服務業從業人口及產值均呈現大幅成長,已使整個世界經濟邁入所謂的服務業時代,然而由於生產管理學者原先研究目標多在於生產系統的研究,故對服務系統研究起步較晚,所以在服務系統設計與作業管理上一直缺乏系統化的做法以及基礎的研究。故本論文針對服務之特性,建立生產管理於服務系統研究架構及內容,並據此發展一套功能導向法之服務系統設計方法,此方法首先將欲設計之服務系統分解成幾個獨立次系統,對次系統分別找出設計方案,然後再予以合成,而完成整個服務系統之設計。不但奠定生產管理在服務系統研究之基礎理論,也使得服務系統在實務的設計上,開展出一套更為系統化之作法。
The Purposes of this paper is to investigate how the Production Management theory, which is developed originally for the problems solving in manufacturing system, transforms and applies in the design of service system. There are two main works in this paper: (1) To establish the research frameworks and contents of service system design. (2) To develop the concept of modular design for the design of service system.
