本文主要從法案審查的過程來觀察「企業關係」對立委問政態度之影響。透過三個財經法案的內容分析，作者發現立委所採取之政策立場往往和此一因素密切相關，也就是說「企業關係」會使立委在相關政策制定時，傾向為企業利益發言，以達到所欲的政策目標。雖然其他變數如「政黨立場」、「選舉因素」、「選區壓力」等也可能影響立委的問政態度，但在本文所研究的三個法案中，這些變項和企業關係相較下並未發揮足夠的影響。

This study seeks to explain the influences of business support on legislators' policy position. By examining two financial Acts and one public construction Act, this study find that business support or business Connections significantly affect legislators' policy preference. The article also analyze the another three sets of variants including: (1) constituencies pressure; (2) party attitude; and (3) time of election, but they are not found related to legislators' policy position.
