　　　　　我國開放銀行設立後，公民營銀行競爭加劇，銀行創新行銷勢在必行，對產業結構及經營績效均產生衝擊，本文乃針對市場效率結構設說及支出偏好行為假說，探討銀行經營績效與市場集中度、占有率及管理者權衡支出之關係，研究結果指出市場結構改變，引發競爭效應，對銀行經營成果確有顯著影響，而支出偏好行為之假說亦能成立。

　　　　　The banking financial innovation has been promoted after new banks were allowed to enter this industry. Actually, operating performance of banking industry were remodelled due to the changes in the industrial structure. Therefore, the purpose of the paper is examining both the market efficient hypothese and managers expenditure preference hypothese, to investigate the insights of current banking sturcture. The empirical result indicates both two hypotheses can be accepted.
