　　　　　統稱為電腦媒介溝通(Computer-Mediated Communication ，簡稱CMC) 的電子郵 遞、電子佈告欄、和電子會議之興起，為傳統的隔空教育模式注入了新生命。國立空中大學 順應時代潮流， 自民國八十四年冬開始提供電子公佈欄系統 (BBS) 給空大師生使用，並且 每學期成立所開設課程的版面，希望產生師生的互動。本文的內容包括兩方面：一、探討一 般 CMC，特別是電子公佈欄在教學應用方面的研究文獻；二、瞭解空大電子公佈欄中課程版 面中師生或同學之間互動的情形。 研究對象為訊息數目最多的管資系開設科目「電腦語言： Visual Basic 」。所有 359 件刊登訊息的內容經過內容分析，可歸納出數個類別。整體而 言，提供資訊者遠多於求助者。對於已發表的訊息產生評論的訊息件數為總數中最多。刊登 訊息最多者以公佈資訊、重點心得為目的。引起較多迴響乃屬於福利性或爭議性的主題。大 約 40% 曾刊登訊息者只有刊登過一件訊息。 有鑑於此，筆者提出幾項建議並且呼籲隔空教 育者使用 CMC，更需要良好的課程和教學設計。
　　　　　The Purpose of This Study is Aimed to Improve the use of the Electronic Bu lletin Board system (BBS) at National Open University (NOU). The Content of This Report Includes the Review of the CMC Research, Especially Instructional-Based BBS Related Research. In Addition, the Report Provides the Analyses Into the NOU BBS Message Intents Collected at the Board of the Course "Visual Basic." Finally, the Researcher makes a Number of the Suggestions in Light of the Curriculum and Instructional Design.
