題名:良師典範對國中資優生的影響之研究

     本研究旨在探討良師典範對於國中資優生之影響。研究對象為八十五學年度就讀於北區(包括台北縣、市)五所國中之237名數理資優班在學學生,以研究者自編之「良師典範對個人之影響調查表」進行調查研究。並根據於問卷中表達願意接受訪談的39位學生作為進一步實施半結構式訪談的研究對象。本研究之主要發現如下:(1)研究對象中曾擁有良師者佔三分之二,且以女性教師居多;(2)資優生心目中的良師特質為開朗樂觀、負責任、風趣、修養很好等;(3)良師對待學生的態度為恩威並施、對學生很親切、很關心學生且對學生一視同仁;(4)良師之教導方式為有問必答、不斷地蒐集及提供資料給學生、能激發學生潛能、應用啟發式的教學法、上課很用心、很有教學熱忱等;(5)研究對象認為良師對其最大之影響,不只是在課業及學習方面的教導,感受更為深刻的是在情意方面的引導,包括教導待人處事的道理、人際關係之增進、人生觀的引導、認識自我並發揮潛能等。
