In the Post-Cold War Era, the military cooperation between PRC and West European countries is increasing intensively. After successful transactions of arm sales between Taiwan and Dutch as well as France, PRC not only relies on the former channels from the Soviet Union, but also enthusiastically purchases high-quality military equipment from the arms industry blocs of the West European countries, such as the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Netherland. Under market pressure, West Euroean countries gradually opened the gateway of arm sales to China. The quality and quantity of the two-way cooperations had evidently increased over the past ten years which deserve our further observation.
