　　　　　本研究旨在探討某夜二專學生在性行為時使用保險套及其相關因素，研究採問卷 調查法，問卷包括愛滋病預防知識、性行為使用保險套之行為意向與性行為時使用保險套情 形等，並以二年級全體 870 人（有效問卷 671 份）為調查對象，但只選取其中有過性行為 之 165 人（女生 110 人；男生 55 人）為研究樣本，經資料分析，所得重要結果為：（ 1 ） 24.2% 的學生在與性伴侶性交時會每次使用保險套；（ 2 ）有上過愛滋課程者明顯的比 沒上過者在性交時會每次使用保險套； （ 3 ）使用保險套之社會規範、保險套之行為意向 與安全性溝通等可促使保險套之使用；而性之接受度與保險套之障礙愈高者在性行為時愈不 會使用保險套。
　　　　　The purpose of this study was to investigate the influential factors of the use of condoms when sexual intercourse occurs among night school students in a two-year college. Questionnaires on the knowledge, intention, and condom use were administered to a total of 870 students; 671 samples are recognized as effected, 165 students (55males and 110 females) out of the effective samples have had sexual intercourse; then the data are processed through SAS statistical analysis and the findings are listed as below: (1) 24.2% of the students with primary sexual partners use condoms when each intercourse occurs. (2) The students who take the AIDS course may significantly use condoms when each intercourse occurs. (3) Higher frequency of condom use is correlated with clearer condoms norms, better health protective sexual communication, and stronger intention to use condoms; By contrast, lower frequency of condom use is correlated with higher acceptance of sexuality and greater perceived barriers when each intercourse occurs.
