     評量方法與醫學教育的教學成效息息相關,在醫學生基本臨床技能的評量方面有許多種評量方法。這些方法包括口試、多重選擇紙筆測驗、書面模擬病人問題測驗、電腦模擬病人問題測驗以及使用標準病人的主題結構化臨床測驗等等。其中以電腦模擬病人問題測驗以及使用標準病人的主題結構化臨床測驗,最常被用來作為以實作為基礎的評鑑方法,許多發表的研究結果也證實這兩種方法的效度、信度及可行性。臺灣醫界一向缺乏對醫學生的基本臨床技能進行有效評估的方法,有鑑於醫學生實作評鑑的重要性,應該在考量本地特珠的歷史和丈化背景下,積極進行相關研究,以設計出適用於本地醫學環境及醫學生特質的實作評鑑方法,以落實醫學教育成效及提高醫療水準。
