以助人見長的專業社會工作對傳統救災方式局限的服務補位,奠定了災害社會工作發展的時代基調。然而,災害社會工作對整合服務的現實要求與社會工作自身整合性缺乏之間的巨大張力,使得社會工作在介入災后重建時常常深陷服務有效性和系統性的困境。對此,社會工作整合服務提供了一種新的理論視野和實踐可能。基于云南魯甸地震災區上海社會工作服務隊的本土實踐,闡釋整合服務如何得以在災后重建中具體展開,并在實踐總結與理論反思的基礎上,嘗試建構以"社區關系重建"為核心的社會工作整合服務模式,以拓展社會工作整合服務的理論視域和實務方法。
