在災區重建過程中,社會記憶的修復和重構在很大程度上能夠促使受災民眾盡早走出災害陰影。運用專業社會工作增能方法對災區社會記憶修復和重構的實質在於對社區原生和內生力量的增能。本文以上海社會工作服務隊在雲南魯甸地震災區進行的專業社會工作服務為例,探究了專業社會工作的增能方法介入災區社會記憶修復和重構的可能性。同時通過對災區民眾個體心理、人際關係、社區組織和社會文化等不同層面的項目化服務運作的考察,分析其對災區社會記憶修復與重構的影響,並以此進一步探討社會工作增能服務介入災區重建的路徑及其發展前景。
