本文以感知價值理論為基礎,結合幼兒園保教工作的質量特點,基于武漢市25所不同體制幼兒園的5349份調研數據,構建了家長感知保教價值與其行為意向關系的概念模型,并開展實證分析。研究表明:家長感知保教價值通過家長總體感知價值和總體滿意度的中介作用,對其行為意向產生間接影響;依據作用效果值的測度,家長總體滿意度對其行為意向影響最大。本研究建議:不斷增強家長可感知的質量價值和情感價值,協調好園所環境創設與幼兒園內涵建設的關系,并適時節約家長可感知的非貨幣成本,將有利于幼兒家長積極行為意向的形成,有利于幼兒園質量的持續提升。
