本研究旨在探討幼兒園教保服務人員社群互動、職場希望感與創新教學關係
之研究。本研究以幼兒園教保服務人員為問卷調查對象,總共發出1335 份問卷,
回收1032 份有效問卷,將蒐集的實證資料以SPSS 與AMOS 進行統計分析,並
且針對11 位幼教師進行訪談,獲得以下研究結論:
1.幼兒園教保服務人員社群互動、職場希望感與創新教學量表,皆具良好之信、
效度。
2.婚姻狀況、有無子女、不同地區、不同年齡、不同年資、不同職務、不同班級
數的幼兒園教保服務人員在社群互動、職場希望感與創新教學,達顯著差異。
3.不同月薪與不同研習時數的幼兒園教保服務人員在職場希望感與創新教學,達
顯著差異。
4.公私立與不同學歷的幼兒園教保服務人員在社群互動、職場希望感與創新教學,
皆未達顯著差異。
5.不同月薪與不同研習時數的教保服務人員在社群互動方面,未達顯著差異。
6.幼兒園教保服務人員社群互動、職場希望感與創新教學關聯模式之內在品
質、內在結構適配度檢定與及整體適配度良好。
7.幼兒園教保服務人員社群互動會影響職場希望感。
8.幼兒園教保服務人員職場希望感會影響創新教學。
9.幼兒園教保服務人員社群互動會影響創新教學。
10.職場希望感在幼兒園教保服務人員社群互動與創新教學關係中,具中介效果。
The main purpose of this study was to explore the association of kindergarten
teachers’ community interaction, workplace hope and innovative teaching. The study
took kindergarten teachers as the test samples and 1335 investigation papers were sent
out, of which 1032 were effective. By using SPSS and AMOS, the effective samples
were analyzed. Besides, eleven kindergarten teachers were interviewed. The
conclusions were as follows:
1. The relationships among the community interaction, workplace hope and
innovative teaching of kindergarten teachers scale showed high self-efficacy.
2. Marriage, having children or not, different areas, different ages, different years of
service, different working position, and different class number of kindergarten
teachers significantly differed in community interaction, workplace hope and
innovative teaching.
3. Different salaries and different discussion time of kindergarten teachers
significantly differed in workplace hope and innovative teaching.
4. Public or private kindergarten and different degree of kindergarten teachers not
significantly differed in community interaction, workplace hope and innovative
teaching.
5. Different salaries and different discussion time of kindergarten teachers not
significantly differed in community interaction.
6. Kindergarten teachers'' correlation modeling of community interaction, workplace
hope and innovative teaching was fine in inward quality, inward structural proper
test and whole proper.
7. Community interaction of kindergarten teachers might influence workplace hope.
8. Workplace hope of kindergarten teachers might influence innovative teaching.
9. Community interaction of kindergarten teachers might influence innovative
teaching.
10. Workplace hope was the mediator variable on the relationships between
community interaction and innovative teaching of kindergarten teachers.
