題名:應用理性行為理論探究運動員感恩行為對教練選手關係及心理韌性之影響

本研究以Fishbein與Ajzen(1975)的理性行為理論(theory of reasoned action, TRA)為基礎,探討高中運動員對教練的感恩態度、主觀規範、感恩行為意圖、感恩行為、教練選手關係與心理韌性之間的關係,並採用5個競爭模型與本研究提出的模型進行比較,結果顯示本研究提出的模型優於競爭模型。依據實證結果,建構出高中運動員感恩行為對提升教練選手關係及影響運動員心理韌性之模型。
本研究母體為高中運動員,以問卷調查法收集資料,問卷先經專家檢核與預試,確立問卷之信度與效度良好,再進行正式施測。正式施測時,以便利取樣調查臺灣12所運動成績優異之高中、高職學校的體育班學生,共回收600份有效問卷,以AMOS 24.0進行結構方程模式分析與假設驗證。
研究結果發現,本研究所建構出的結構模型,具有良好的模型適配度;歸納模型之路徑分析結果:高中運動員的「感恩態度」與「主觀規範」對「感恩行為意圖」有正向影響;「感恩行為意圖」對「感恩行為」、「教練選手關係」與「心理韌性」有正向影響;「感恩行為」對「教練選手關係」有正向影響;「教練選手關係」對「心理韌性」有正向影響。模型中所有內生變量都有中至接近大的被解釋力。透過交叉效度驗證,證實本研究模型具有模型穩定性。本研究統計檢定力達到1,代表本研究統計結果出自於偶然發生的機率趨近於0。最後依據研究成果,提出學術與實務上之相關建議。
Based on the theory of rational behavior (TRA) from Fishbein & Ajzen (1975), the purposes of the study were to investigate and explore the relationship of gratitude attitude, subjective norm, gratitude intention, gratitude behavior, coach-athlete relationship and mental toughness between high school athletes and their coaches. There are five competitive models be used to compare the models proposed in this research. The results demonstrated that the proposed model better than those competitive models. According to the empirical results, a model of coaching relationship improvement and the impact of athlete’s mental toughness towards the gratitude behavior of high school athletes is constructed.
The population of this study assembled from the high school athletes and the data is collected by questionnaire survey. In this study, the questionnaires were conducted by expert’s inspection and pretesting first, and proceeding the formal testing after the establishment of the favorable reliability and validity. At the time of the formal test, a total of 600 valid questionnaires were collected from the physical education class students of 12 high and vocational schools with excellent sports performance in Taiwan. The methods of structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis and hypothesis verification were conducted with AMOS 24.0.
The findings in this research indicated that the structural model constructed in this research with a goodness of fit for the model adaptation. The results from the path analysis of inductive model illustrated that athlete’s “gratitude attitude” and “subjective norms” have a positive effect on “gratitude intention”; other positive influences such as “gratitude behavior”, “coach-athlete relationship” and “mental toughness” were led by “gratitude intention”; the variable of “coach-athlete relationship” can drive the positive to “mental toughness”. It can be explained that the R square of all endogenous variables in the model with a feature of moderate to close to strong. This research with a characteristic of stability through the proof of cross validity, the power of test of this research is 1, which means the occurrence of probability is 0 for the statistical results of this research coming from occasionally. Finally, the proposed academic and practical recommendations based on the results of this research and act accordingly.
