摘要
近年來面對科技時代與AI 時代的到來,科技大爆發,帶來世界、生活劇變,
科技創新能力的培養與提升成為企業生存的關鍵,是組織中極其重要的核心資本。
素養一詞主要是指知識、能力及態度等三方面的內涵,而科學素養是指人們
具一定程度的科學知識基礎,並能靈活應用這些科學知識,時時保持對科學的喜
愛與熱情,不論是相關議題的討論或是動手實際地執行,具應用科學的態度。在
現在企業中,它成了成員不可或缺的基本知識與能力。
本研究針對研究個案公司內部成員之科學素養進行探討開發,並透過文獻的
回顧,針對組織文化、公司人員科學素養、組織績效間建立起構念間的因果關係。
透過文獻回顧發現,組織文化對於組織績效有顯著影響。因此,研究針對個案公
司之單位部門人員進行問卷調查,透過問卷發放,了解單位部門員工對於公司的
認同程度、科學素養與其績效表現三者間之關聯,並進一步針對問卷結果,進行
員工間的訪談。綜合相關結果,研究者期望透過跨部門間的互動交流,進行各自
專業知識上的經驗分享,可以有效拓展同仁視野,相信這對科學素養的培育是有
幫助的。研究發現男女在創造力並沒有特別差異,但社會普遍認為男生的創造力
比較高,可能是男生自我認知上自覺創造力比較高的緣故。研究發現創新的行為
可以提高創新績效,帶有愉悅自在的環境氛圍,善用在職訓練與工作歷練,可以
增強其創新效能,進而提高工作效率。研究結果俾利對公司內部人員之研發創新
能力有效了解與培養,以利引導、留用研發人員深化研發能量,針對新產品的研
發開發方面不斷的精進專研,以求得企業更具競爭優勢,期望研究能為企業之創
新研發能力有所助益,並為企業開發更具創新思維的研發人員,也希冀本研究結
果可提供給其他相關產業做為日後研發管理、人才培育等相關議題之參考。
Abstract
With the advent of the era of technology and AI in recent years, the explosion of
technology has brought tremendous changes in one's own life. The cultivation and
innovation capability lead organization to develop innovations continuously to respond
the changing market environment. This kind of core capital is very important to an
organization. Literacy primarily refers to the knowledge, ability and attitude.
Scientific literacy means that a person can ask, find, or determine answers to
questions derived from curiosity about everyday experiences. It means that a person
has the ability to describe, explain, and has a certain degree of scientific knowledge.
Scientific literacy is the set of theories and techniques that allow the practical use of
scientific knowledge. In recent years, scientific literacy is essential that you obtain the
necessary knowledge and skills to lead groups effectively in the enterprise.
This study explores and develops the scientific literacy of the case company's
internal members, and through a literature review discusses published information in
this subject area. Organizational scholars led practicing managers in identifying a
crucial factor affecting organizational performance. This research aims to explore the

relationship among scientific literacy, organizational culture and organizational
performance. In-depth interviews were applied to this research in order to develop the
questionnaire. Questionnaire survey method was used to collect data through
convenience sampling. It's hoped to make enterprises become aware of how to increase
their R&D investment and the arrangement of innovation capabilities.
Based on the relevant results, the researcher hopes that through cross-departmental
collaboration and sharing of their professional knowledge experience, colleagues can
effectively expand horizons. This is helpful in the cultivation of scientific literacy.
Studies have found that there is no gender difference between males and females in
creativity. Studies have found that innovative behaviors can improve innovation
performance, with a pleasant and comfortable environment, and work experience can
enhance their innovation efficiency and improve work efficiency. In order to guide and
retain R&D personnel to deepen R&D energy, and continuously improve and specialize
in the R&D and the development of new products, so as to obtain a more competitive
advantage for the company. It is hoped that the research can help the enterprise's
innovative R&D capabilities and develop more innovative R&D personnel of the
enterprise.
