This study provides a factual basis for the Malaysian education to carry out sex education in order to understand the current research on the comparison of sex knowledge between Malaysian Chinese University students study in Taiwan and local University students from Taiwan. The research method used anonymous questionnaire survey to 1,200 university students in four different regions of Taipei, Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung, and finally recovered 920 effective questionnaires. The results showed significant differences in gender and sex knowledge between "puberty", "abortion", "reproduction", "human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and AIDS" and the overall variation of knowledge (p < .05). There are significant differences in the composition of "dating", "gender role", "sex diversity" and "sex and society" (p<.05). The p values of "love", "marital attitude", "sexual harassment" and "contraceptive attitude" and overall sexual attitude variation are all higher than 0.05, and there is no significant difference in overall sexual attitude variation. In addition, there are significant differences (p<.05, ) between the "Sex Experience", "Sex Role", "Contraceptive Attitude", "Sex Diversity", " Pre-marital Sexual Behavior" and other aspects of sexual behavior. Conclusions and recommendations of this study: Overall, Taiwanese students are more likely to identify with their sexual knowledge than Malaysian. Study show that among the university students in gender, age......There are significant differences in eight different views on sexual knowledge identity. (2) There are significant differences in the overall differences in the seven aspects of nationality, gender and sexual attitudes with regard to sexual attitudes. The Taiwanese male university students have a higher degree of approval for "marital attitude" and "sexual diversity" than the Malaysian male university students. Female students in Taiwan tend to agree more on "contraceptive attitudes" than Malaysian Female students, while females in Taiwan tend to agree on "sexual diversity". (3) There is a significant difference in sexual behavior between the gender of nationality and the overall change in attitudes regarding pre-marital sex, frequency of masturbation and frequency of sexual fantasies. According to the study, males, regardless of their nationality, masturbate and have higher sexual fantasies than females in premarital sex. Therefore, families, schools and society should pay more attention to the sexual education, and reach the healthy development of university students' body and mind.
