本研究目的是透過生命故事閱讀,探索高職體育班學生的心理韌性與競技心理能量的影響。
在生命故事融入課程前後,實施心理韌性和競技心理能量的前後測,以衡量實驗課程對高職體育班學生的心理韌性和競技心理能量的差異。
實驗A組在配合訓練和比賽下,每周進行1-3次,每次閱讀一個故事30分鐘,實驗課程進行前後進行共14週;控制組C組為原先的上課方式。
1.實驗組和控制組學生在心理韌性和競技心理能量的前後測均未達顯著差異,但競技心理能量之延宕測試有未達顯著之進步量,一年後之延宕測試,有無參與實驗課程的學生間達顯著差異。
2. 實驗組學生喜歡此類課程並自覺比以往更能堅持。
3. 相關任教師長感受學生喜歡課程並觀察到學生由原來習慣放棄轉為積極努力。
運動心理的素質培養需要長時間的累積,需要有適當的教材並且確實實施;在訓練時也需要堅持去培養學生能堅持的能力,並且可以試探性從更年輕的運動員就開始培養,期盼能找到有效的培養方法,甚至能類推到一般學生。
The purposes of this study were to explore the vocational high school sports class students’ resilience scale and athletic mental energy on skill performance through reading“ The Life Stories Reading ” .
Before and after the The Life Stories Reading ,the“Resilience Scale” and “Athletic Mental Energy on Skill Performance ” the tests were accepted to measure the differences of the vocational high school sports class students’ resilience scale and athletic mental energy on skill performance .
The experimental group A performed a 14-week reading of the stories of Olympic elite athletes was integrated into a special training session and controlled the group C in the class. According to the coordination of training and competition, experimental group A conducted 2-3 times a week, each time reading a story for 30 minutes. An unequal group designed with the pretest, posttest, and follow-up test of “Resilience Scale” and “Athletic Mental Energy on Skill Performance”. The data obtained were analyzed by independent sample t-test and one-way ANCOVA and single-factor analysis of variance.The results were as follows.
1. There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the pre- and post-tests of Resilience Scale and Athletic Mental Energy on Skill Performance , but there was an improvement in the follow-up test of Athletic Mental Energy on Skill Performance .The follow-up test after one year, whether there were students who participated in the experimental course significant difference between.
2. Students in the experimental group liked the reading of “The Life Stories of Olympic Elite Athletes” and expressed more patience and perseverance than before.
3. The teachers and coaches mentioned the experimental group students liked the course and observed that the students changed from giving up to actively working hard.
The quality training of sports psychology needed to be accumulated for a long time, it is necessary to have appropriate teaching materials and indeed implement, and it was also necessary to insist on cultivating students' ability to persist during training, and tentatively started from younger athletes to cultivate, hoping to find effective training methods, and even be able to extrapolate to general students.
