「國科會數位圖書館計畫」是由國科會科資中心委託交通大學執行之計畫，主要
任務為建構即時性、高效率、透過全球資訊網並可作全文檢索之國外期刊全文及參考資料庫
，以供全國各學研單位的使用者使用。本文主要介紹此計畫的任務、內容及目前系統建置情
形與資料庫使用狀況，並提供建置資料庫與線上服務之實際經驗。另一方面，文中闡述由科
資中心推動之「全國學術電子資訊資源共享聯盟 (CONCERT) 」的現況與資料庫引進的方式
。最後提出此計畫正積極進行的研究課題及未來可延續發展的方向。
The NSC digital library (NSCDL) project is carried out by National
Chiao Tung University (NCTU) in Taiwan and supported by Science and Technology
Information Center (STIC), National Science Council. The primary goal of this
project is to establish WWW-based electronic resources, covering bibliographic
databases and full-text E-journals. It provides qualified degital information
and online service for all the users (students, researchers, etc.) in Taiwan.
This paper describes the policy, mission, current status, achievement, and
future directions of the NSCDL project. The primary mission of the NSCDL project
is to support the Consortium on Core Electornic Resources in Taiwan (CONCERT)to
establish WWW-based electronic resources and this paper gives a brief
introduction of CONCERT. The two approaches to establishing and accessing
WWW-based electronic resources, building mirror sites and providing direct
accesses, and their comparison are also elaborated.
