     臺灣廠商的高度依賴國外市場營運特性,在國際市場面臨高度競爭時,如何提高國際行銷績效,是頗值得深思的問題。在外部國際行銷環境較難控制下,培養公司內部的國際行銷能力應是較為可行的方向。 經由文獻探討與深度訪談五家廠商,本研究提出以下命題,認為國外市場導向──企業國際行銷體系的國外市場情報產生、情報傳播及情報反應──是一項值得培養的企業文化。同時,本研究探索性地提出衡量國外市場導向的一組變項,作為企業培養國外市場導向企業文化之參考,與未來繼續研究之基礎。
