本研究主要目的在探討市民使用公園水景設施之行為，應用使用後評估與滿意度 理論，探討都市公園水景設施之使用情形及市民對水景設施之滿意度。首先建立「都市公園 水景設施之使用後評估模式」；其模式架構包括一、背景調查；二、決定評估層級；三、確 定評估目標；四、調查計劃；五、實證研究；六、結果與應用。其次探討遊客對水景設施的 評價，透過實證研究驗證遊客對水景設施的滿意度，其所受影響依序為期望、績效及歸因。 最後，進行實質環境評估及使用者評估結果之比較。結果顯示，在技術評估方面，中正公園 優於中山公園；在遊憩功能方面，兩座公園管理績效皆差。而由滿意度調查得知，影響遊客 滿意度之因子為：清潔管理、安全顧慮、設施使用、遊客個人屬性因素、環境因素等。

　　　　　The purpose of this study are to examine users' behavior to use park waterscape, and apply theories of P.O.E and users' satisfaction to examine the use condition of waterscape facilities and users' satisfaction degree of waterscape facilities by case study. The study tries to, firstly, establish the evaluation model of waterscape facilities of urban park. Evaluation model contains six steps: investigating the evaluation background, deciding evaluation level, confirming evaluation objectives, working out survey plan, case study, and the application. Secondly, the users' valuation of waterscape facilities are explored. Based on the regression analysis equation, users' satisfaction degree of waterscape facilities are affected by expectation, performance and attribution. Finally, evaluation results of two parks are compared. It shows that, in terms of the technique evalulation, Chung Chen park is superior to that of Chung Shan park. While both of two parks are in poor management condition in terms of recreational functions. As far as the users' satisfaction degree concerned, the factors that affect the satisfaction are clean, safe, facility use, users' characters, and environment.
