本研究主要目的在探討大學生之求助心態，利用深度訪談法，訪問十七位先後主動至學生心理諮商與輔導中心申請個別諮商之大二至大四學生，採開放式編碼分析資料。研究結果在求助心態上分別由：對於受輔的期待、受輔所擔心的事、對自我尋求輔導的看法、尋求輔導對自己的評價或看法、公開自己接受輔導的意願與態度、調適受輔心態的方式、以及延遲求助的原因等方面加以探討。而尋求輔導時對自己負向的評價或看法、公開自己接受輔導時的意願與態度，和調適受輔心態的方式，則透露出受訪者的受輔恥感及其對恥感的因應。最後根據研究結果，對大學院校輔導工作提出具體建議。

The purpose of the study is to explore the college students' attitude toward help-seeking. The in-depth interview was conducted with 17 voluntary interviewees who came to the Student Counseling Center to apply individual counseling service. Data analysis followed the open-coding system. The research findings on psychological help-seeking attitude are presented in the following seven areas: the expectation toward counseling-seeking, the concerns of being counseled, the perception of one's help-seeking, the value judgment toward self counseling-seeking, the willingness of allowing people to know the situation of being counseled, the way of dissolving counseling-seeking stigma, and the reasons of delaying in applying counseling services. The material on the negative value judgment toward self counseling-seeking, the extent of the willingness of allowing people to know the situation of being counseled, and the way of dissolving stigma can further vividly show the interviewees' stigma on the psychological help-seeking and the way of managing stigma. Results are discussed concerning some approaches which Student Counseling Centers in colleges can carry out for reducing the worries and stigma of potential clients and increasing appropriate professional help-seeking behaviors.
